Since its inception, the Turnaround and Proactive Solutions Programme has been saving jobs and rescuing businesses across South Africa. During this time the Turnaround and Proactive Solutions Programme has been continuously improved as the lessons from turnaround case studies are analysed and implemented in new strategies and methodologies.
 
Future Forums
A Future Forum is a colaborative sturcture between employers and employees to jointly find solutions to either return a company to profiability and/or improve the productivity and efficiency of an organisation.

The Social Plan, a programme of the Department of Labour (project managed by Productivity SA) subsequently established and funded Yesintu together with the Department of Finance and Economic Development in KwaZulu-Natal.
